We have two large function rooms each capable of catering for up to 120 guests, perfect for wedding & engagement parties, birthday parties or any celebration. Conferences / Business Events

Our venue can also be used for conferencing and business events. With the ability to cater for upto 120 guests and projector screens already in place it makes for a great conferencing venue. If you're interested in holding a conference in one of our suites please call us to discuss your requirements and we can give you an estimate of price.

The Markham Suite has facilities to seat & cater for up to 130 guests with a total capacity of 250 guests. Please give us a call to discuss your requirements.

A basic overview of room hire prices is provided below:

Monday - Friday: £95
Saturday: £195
Sunday: £95

Some days the rooms may be hired for morning or afternoon functions, generally the rooms are available from 2pm for you to access and dress as you see fit.

Please note we do allow decorations etc. to be attached to the walls, but anything of this nature must be done in a safe manner and without the use of pins, adhesive tape or anything else that may harm the decor — Please use blu-tack only. If you need to reach high areas, please do not stand on the furniture at any time.

External catering is allowed, but we advise all customers to utilise our onsite catering, as we cannot lend or rent any equipment or kitchen/fridge space due to health and hygiene regulations (we are also required to put a small sign on the table to inform your guests the catering was not prepared on our premises)

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards.

Catering

We will try our best to meet any catering requirements, no matter how simple or extravagant, our buffet and catering menus are readily available on request. Any allergies or intolerances must be disclosed to our chef, in person, no later than 1 week before your event. No email or phone call explaining these will be accepted.

House Wines

Spanish white house wine (dry, sweet or medium), Red wine, Bucks fizz and sparkling wine available
Various Champagne and sparkling wine prices on request (pre-ordering required, please ask for details)

Disco

Disco (we use a local disco company who we will order on your behalf) Prices from £145 (to be paid a minimum of a week before your function) for a disco from 7pm - 12pm

Projectors & Speakers

Use of projector screen (£20 charge, 24hrs Notice needed please ask for details)
Free use of internal speaker system with Bluetooth connection (Please ask for details)
